Can I reorder the same design later?Definitely. We save your design files so you can easily reorder anytime. Just reach out with your previous order number or account info.

What printing methods do you use?Depending on the order size and design, direct-to-garment (DTG), embroidery, heat transfer vinyl (HTV) to ensure the best quality for your project.

Do you offer design assistance?Yes, our in-house design team can help bring your vision to life or assist in refining your existing design. Minor adjustments are often free of charge.

What types of apparel do you customize?We offer custom designs on a wide range of apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, hats, and more for men, women, and youth.

Can I pick up my order locally?If you're in the area, we offer free local pickup at our store or production facility. You'll be notified when your order is ready.

Do you ship?es, we ship nationwide (and internationally upon request). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Do you offer bulk discounts?Yes! We offer tiered pricing and special discounts for bulk or group orders, including for teams, events, schools, and businesses.

What is your return or exchange policy?Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error in production. Please double-check your size and design before placing your order.

How long does production take?Standard production time is 7–10 business days after design approval and payment. Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Can I bring my own design?Absolutely! You can upload your own artwork, logo, or design when placing an order. We accept most file formats including PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector files (AI, EPS, SVG).

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
